Twas the night before Saturday and all through the yard, not a creature was freezing, not even a person.

Last night Vincent, Jon and I headed up to Megan’s place for a good country bonfire. Sitting on my bed right now, writing this, my stomach is reminded of last nights very content feeling when I was so happy to have been acquainted with the delicious confectionary named Marshmallows.

To celebrate last night being Vincent’s first ever bonfire, I photo documented the whole night….until the camera battery died.
Vincent’s first marshmallow

The raging fire
My super fondue idea that Sean chose to use. Okay imagine how good a roasted marshmallow is. Now stick the marshmallow into a pot of coal cooked chocolate and the result = fabulously mouthwateringly delicious. Must take all the credit for the idea!
Megan and I, Megs being the person who loving opening her grass mound to us for the night to use as a bonfire setting.

Ah, family… I thought I’d try to get a lovely family photo of me and Jon but as you can see, unphotogenicness is genetic and this attempt failed.

And so concludes my brief story of Vincent’s first bonfire! Yes, I have much to do and this is my way of procrastinating. Until next time.
Take care all you readers out there
Love Lisa xoxox

bonnies and marshies are so cool, they taste great when they're singed to a crisp on the outside but soft and gooey on the inside. just thought i'd mention that to get the first comment, but that just means everyone else is busy cos i only got home from work 10 mins ago and i figure you wrote this earlier today. ciao, AJ

haha, yeah, go lisa for update!! and yeah, jon really looks... not-little-boyish compared to last time i saw him haha. i'm really just repeating what jess said, but the question is, did you have DUCK-shaped marshmallows? though i agree, chocolate melted in the fire would possibly have been better than microwaved concrete chocolate :P but nice work on the photo documentation! AND on the update which was not a very long time after your last one!! haha

is vincent the one with the "rad" shoe whose place we invaded during the holidays?? haha, that was fun.

cya round lisa!
